Having a lot of trouble accessing VM using OSDM 4.8 at first I thought it was the white list but that doesn't seem to fix it. It either takes forever to load Menu and other mail related items, system is fine mostly on OS7100 and such or just times out. Any ideas?

There are white lists all over the place, but the one you most have to worry about here is the Management list. It controls access to the ftp side of things, most notably the voice mail stuff. Put your programming pc IP address in there.
That said, it does load slowly at times...
