There are several cancel options, see user guide or feature manual. 7410 - 7460 7900- 6820 - 6860. Speaker 7470 cancels DND. Could also be a Message, press button to call the phone have some one answer the call by lifting handset. Last edited by brokeda; 02/01/15 03:11 AM.
