Friend of mine has an Axxent, power surge, blew the power supply which we replaced, now the vm won't come up. You guys think it took the vm card out too? Anything we can check OS level to see for sure? VM Cards are around $600 so we want to try to make sure before we order another one. Tried reseating all the cards and cables too.

My guess would be that it did blow the voice mail as well. I've seen it happen many times over the years. I've always ended up swapping out the entire unit when this has happened to me. The other option of course would be to upgrade to an Axxess (End of Life) or 5000.

that's what I'm figuring as well, I used to work for inter-tel but 16 years ago, I can't remember much on these things. This is for an office of 5 phones, they've had the system for 5 years so it's given them their money's worth (bought it refurbed too). If anyone has suggestions to a vm card would be appreciated, just pm me.
