This is an old NT vmail and the voicemail doesn't pick up. AVDAP says "The menu-initialization file is corrupt".

Back up/copy the avdap\db directory to another location and then reload the avdap software, then copy the db back.

That would have worked if I had the software. Luckily I had an old copy on the hard drive of the avdap so I copied the db\import subdirectory back (not the whole db since I wanted to keep the new programming) and then I had my system prompts.
