I was under the impression that this combination for Voice Mail brought up the LED, for when one or more messages are available.
But while it brings up the 'Message for you' prompt on the screen, the LED remains off.
The LED does work, in that it flashes on incoming calls.
It would be handy to have the LED come on, as its in a lowish light location. Any ideas?

The LED light flashes for incoming calls, you are under the wrong impression

I seem to remember the MICS the software has to be 6.1 or higher for the lite to work for VM I not sure about CICS.

I seem to remember the MICS the software has to be 6.1 or higher for the lite to work for VM I not sure about CICS. It is the same for the CICS. Also I can't remember if the T7316 phones will light up or is it just the T7316e phones ????
