Is it possible to transfer a call to an extension that is CFAC to a mobile number? I had a user complain that she couldn't transfer a call to an extension that is forwarded. Don't know if it was user error, or if this is expected behavior. Or maybe I have to configure another setting to make it work?

I would go on site and watch them, there will be more of a delay when you transfer the call to a extension with call forward set to off site number.

The biggest problem transferring to a cell phone is that people hang up before they hear ring back tone usually meaning that the transfer is not complete in the network and may cut off or bounce back...
