HELP! Our CTX 28 can't dial 911 or 9911
Dial display shows "line 4" and then its just DEAD AIR
eventually times out
How do I fix??

This requires system programming changes to fix. I would suggest having a trained Toshiba tech come out and do this for you.

Have you verified that line 4 is hooked up to a good phone line?
