Can IP Office 9.0 have more then 1 message on hold. Example, 1 group has different hold music or message then the rest of the system, Thanks

YEs, IP500 can have up to 4 MOH files. All external or 1 external and 3 internal wav files.
The WAV file must be 16 bit PCM mono and sampled at 8 Khz with a maximum duration of 30 seconds. (personally, 29 seconds)

You can assign MOH sources in System/Telephony/TonesandMusic Give it a name and a source starting with WAV: eg. WAV:Holdmusic2 and in Hunt Group 'Hold Music Source' drop down box the name you created should be there to choose. And of course upload the .wav file to the system.
Or for external music sources you could use a analogue extension eg. XTN:250 I have not tried this way tho.
The manual or help from manager has this explained. Hope this helps and I'm reading your question correctly.
