Can I set up a 24-09 call forward fix setting to call an out side 7 digit phone number? I know I can do it from the actual phone but can I do it in the web gui?
He is what im actually trying to do. I have setup a Voice mail box for an extension number as a (sub department) Auto attendant message. In that message I have setup one-key dialing so if they press 1 it goes to one extension if they press 2 it goes to another and if they press 3 I want it to go to a offsite 7 digit phone number. I found that I can not enter a non extension in that field so I created a virtual ext and want to setup the call forward all option on that line to call the 7 digit number. I guess worse caseI may have to put in an actual phone and then on the phone itself do call forward all? Any help??

Have you tried using 9+7 digit number under 24-09 for your virtual extension? (i.e. 97041234567). What type of trunks are you using?

Yes I have. I alway have to remind people when they call forward themselves from the phone to always use 9 first.. Seems they forget that a lot. lol

9+7 digits should work OK but i have found in PRG47.13 in the dial action field to add a P = pause after the virtual station number helps..
