I have a user that uses UM. The problem is that his outlook does not allow him to open using the inter-tel application. He gets an error about the custom form is not recognized. Has anyone seen this problem? :shrug:

Is it 2k3 with SP3? If so that is your problem. The SP3 has caused issues with the UM client. If not, then there are a few reasons, typically the custom forms have failed to get installed properly. Let me know on the SP and we will go from there.

I am having the same issue, but my client does not have SP3 installed. How can you fis this issue without having to uninstall the entire software.

This is typically caused by exe's being blocked by AV for exchange. Make sure that you disable this prior to installation and launch the voice form and the fax form on each client newly installed before you turn it back on.
