Can anybody give me a step by step guide to the above as I have been asked to quote on a job which requires long distance travel and I can't get it wrong!

If it's a system that hasn't been changed in initial programming, it should default to be set up for an external MOH source.
I just put one in last week - plugged in the cable from the customer provided source - tweaked the level - done. took me 5 minutes....
