I am working on a system where there are several extensions that only show caller ID info after the call is picked up. I can't figure out why most of the extensions show the caller ID info when the phone is ringing but these few extensions do not.

First the phone needs to be ringing.
Next EACH set needs programming to show it.
Under Telco Features.
If CON is the opposite of PRO
Then what is the opposite of Progress?

and if you dont want the said phones to ring then they can do F811 to see the CLID
|

The extensions are currently ringing. What under Telco features should I change?
