I'm a newbie to Nortel service so please be kind.. I recently made some changes on a client's BCM50 system. I made some name changes on the phones and updated the key choices on their auto attendant menu. They have just contacted me to let me know the directory is incorrect. I am guessing that the Nortel is much like other systems I've programmed whereby the user has to go in and re-record a directory prompt in their respective mailboxes for the directory to ACTUALLY be correct. Am I correct in this assumption and is that the fix in this case?? Thanks!

Until the user initializes the mailbox it won't appear. That is of course assuming that their MB is to show in the directory.

If you just renamed existing mailboxes and didn't delete / re-create them, the user will need to go into mailbox options to re-record the name for the mailbox.
