I am looking to disable the ability to make out going calls on (2) of my sytem phones. I need them mainly for intercom and paging. If I could disable the ability to make outgoing calls that would be ideal. Or is their a device compatible that would still be an extention but only for paging and intercom use? Any ideas?

With these phones? I don't think you can do that. You could always disconnect lines 2-4. Line 1 is required as that is how the intercom and paging work.
These phones aren't really a "phone system" with many options such as class of service like you are describing. They're really just 4 line telephones with some extra stuff built in.
