Hello. I have a 9.1 ATM Axxess with the CPS and VPU.
We have looked into backing up our voicemails on a regular interval, but have decided not to. This brought up another question:
If we delete a voicemail message, and the "24 hours" elapses. Message is purged. Is there any way to retrieve that message?
Is it still on the hard drive marked to be overwritten, or is it truly gone?
Even if it was there, could you find a particular message? I don't think the file name matches the mailbox number or anything like that.
Thanks.

Depending on what lengths you want to go to to get it I am sure it is still retrievable on the HDD however it is deleted from the DB and would not be accessible from vmail. You are right the file names are not linked by name with anything descriptive. There is a separate DB that links the file names.
