I moved and the system was boxed for a while but now its up and running again. I have never sold a freepbx system as was not confident it would work without issues.

What I am looking for is a embeded hardware platform that can except the fxo/fxs cards. It would also be great if it can have a built in hub/switch if possible. Can some one provide some choices...and a company that will not go out of business over night? The most important part is support. Do not want to wait no more then a hour if the system fails, the company would drop ship a new system over night or...I would have a spare on hand.

I am looking at polycom phones again. My ip500 died. Never did like editing the cfg files by hand. Is there a simpler way of editing the files in a more friendly way?

We use "Free PBX" build are own rack mounted servers, offer every feature known in this industry. Have a friend that fine tuned the software and for the most part it works flawlessly. We use Yealink T48,T46G and T42G phones.

We clone the hard drives when building a new system. We have a template hard drive.

Our servers we build have much better components (memory, hard drives, processors, etc) Than all the leading manufacturers. We went in this direction because the other servers from companies that use Astrisks, were not up to par with what really needs to be in the box. This server we build is about the cost of 4- ESI 48 Key phones.
