I'm in a bit of a pickle with a 007MLM. I remember the 9997 password, but not the Option 9 password. How can I default the card? There are only four mailboxes and 1 AA, so I don't mind doing it. BTW, the default passwords have been changed.

Thanks for that suggestion. I've decided to replace it with a Merlin Messaging R1.19 unit for now.

The Serial # on the unit isn't right, and I can't retrieve it from the Hard Drive because somewhere along the line it was replaced and the new drive was hot glued into place. Yes, you read that right, hot glue. Ugh!

Anyway, this stuff is so old (and is scheduled for replacement 1st quarter of next year anyway) I'm not going to get bent out of shape about it when there are replacement parts around.
