I am just wondering if anybody else is having audio issues such as echo and low receive volume on systems you upgrade to xx.5.55.2104. I have had this issue with Digital as well as IP phones. 48 key digital as well as 60 key digital. Tech support attempts to adjust the echo canceller's but don't seem to have much luck.

ESI tech pulled the software. They are experiencing issues with it. If it was happening to me, I would go back to xx.5.55.6. Before you try to do that, call ESI first and find out if doing that will FUBAR the system.

Yes. Absolutely. Do not try this on your own. ESI tech needs to get in and make appropriate changes before reverting back to an older version.

Well, what may be in the KSU is not indicative of what they are currently saying is stable. If you go to their download page, there is nothing available for the CS which means they are having issues with the latest release.
I never update software for the CS until 6 months passes. I have gotten into trouble loading unstable releases and then having to back them out and reload an older, more stable version.
I just received, on Monday, two new CS systems and both have xx.5.55.6 on them. I installed a system last week which had xx.5.55.2104 in it.
