I have an OS7400 in a hotel. Whenever a room receives a voicemail, the room loses dial tone - cannot dial anything. I tested with SETMG and CANMG and it does the same thing. Upon CANMG, the dial tone is restored. I have a ticket open with Samsung but wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue.
System is at 4.70 - but has been upgraded a few times to get there. I haven't defaulted the system yet, that will be my next step.

I did try that but it did not change anything. Backup, default, restore cleared problem for now. Had to be software corruption somewhere.
Planning to upgrade software then reprogram from scratch in the near future.
