I have a BCM50 that was working fine until recently - all calls are answered by auto attendant with CCR1 - one extension, 235, when dialed will ring, but unanswered, will return the message "The person you have called is not available" and goes back to the CCR message instead of going to mailbox 235. If I press 1 and get answered by someone in the Call Center, they can transfer me to x235 and after 4 rings, it goes to mailbox 235 just as it is supposed to. If I dial the DID associated with x235, it rings and goes to mailbox 235 also - can't figure out why dialing the extension from the CCR menu doesn't work the same - any ideas?
