I recently bought a ip-5022sd via ebay and am having trouble adding it to my system. I took a look at the similar phones I already have and found that they are V2 and above and I am wondering if this a known issue with an available fix.

the phone gets an address but when trying to register IPT it shows the error "Can't register IPT:E11". I looked it up and found that this can mean the card you are connecting to is out of resources. I have 2 cards with open slots, tried them both and still get the same error.

I appreciate any suggestions!
