I have a fellow church member that has a struggling small business and needs her Strata DK 40 system moved from the office she's renting into her garage that she is converting into an office. She's asking me to help her because I own a small telecom company but I'm only Avaya and Nortel certified. I am doing it as a favor because I know times are tough for her. My question is this. Does this system require a graceful shutdown or are there any specific procedures I need to follow? Or will it be as simple as powering down, moving it and powering back up? I appreciate any advice you can give. Thanks.

Just powering it down should be fine, with the age of that system I'm sure it has been power cycled numerous times.
