Have a customer with PRI on a MICS. I did not install, went on a repair today, could not duplicate, they called 1 hour later, here is the issue, calls can come in, when pressing 9 dial a number, they get dead air then fast busy. Worked fine untill today, sounds like Telco issue. Any ideas of what to look for.

Match Alarm (or Event)codes to the Alarm sheet. Just look for the ones on the days of issues.
Suggest to clear/erase them once you look at them.
