We have just upgraded an old OS7200 with an MCP card to a PRI.

All caller ID info comes into phones showing 009 as part of the displayed information so it does not log the entire phone number.
It does not display or log the last few digits.

Any ideas how to get rid of the 009 in front of the caller ID info besides upgrading the software version or upgrading to an MP20?

Look in MMC 717 and see if 009 is defined as area, carrier or country code.
