Good Morning-
I have a SBX system that is cutting off the AA Announcement Greeting. We can record the full announcement greeting, a few weeks later it is only playing between 5 and 15 seconds of the greeting. CCR works properly before and after the greeting cut-off.
Has anyone else seen this before?

Does this happen only when playing the greeting for callers or does it happen when in record mode and listening to the greeting?
If it does it all the time you many need to do a voice mail memory flush which will delete all recordings.

It does happen all the time. Both when callers are listening to the greeting and when we would listen to the greeting in the record mode.
I will proceed with a VM Memory Flush and report back findings.
