Working on an auto attendant on a TVA50 which is connected to a NCP1000. In my AA, I have digit 1 as a transfer to extension 101. If 101 does not answer, the call is to go to 101's mailbox. I have the no answer greeting recorded. When I call in and press 1, extension 101 will ring and if it goes unanswered, a system greeting that says "sorry no one is able to take the call" is played before the extension's no answer greeting is played. How can I eliminate that system greeting from being played? I thought I have done this before, but has been awhile since I have had to work on a TVA50.

Change transfer method to FXD in TVA. You can use Intercept to send to VM and not worry about flashing lights and user turning off FWD.

Thanks for the suggestions. Never thought about using the intercept rather than FWD. That would actually be better in my setup. I actually found what I was looking for in regards to the propmts issue. It was the "System Prompts Customization" under the Utility menu. Turned off the few I don't want to be heard, and now everything appears to be working as needed.
