I have a customer with a UST 1040iDK with 8CO's and they are wanting to add caller ID. It appears that they would also need a some type of Caller ID card in the system. Can anyone provide me with that model number card? Additionally, I am looking for which keystrokes I can hit on a phone that will show me the software/firmware revision number.
Thank you.

RCIU with RCIS piggyback. It needs 1 slot in the expansion cabinet.

I think for the first four lines you will need the TCIU2 which goes into the main base KSU. The cards BR speaks of will go into the expansion cabinet for all lines starting with CO 5.

The TCIU / RCIU is an option but the RCIU / RCIS will not only work, it was also less money the last time I priced them.
