Vertical Summit:
What is the procedure to manually transfer a call directly to voicemail?
On the SBX, it was TRANS/PGM -- MSG -- EXT.# -- HANG UP.
My tech is telling me this doesn't work - I'm heading over there now.
Is there a single button that accomplishes this, like on the old Comdial Impact? OR ... ??

1) Press the [TRANS] soft-key or the button.
2) Press the (message button) followed by the extension number (or press the DSS button)
3) Hangup. The caller will be sent straight to the user’s voice-mail without ringing the phone.

Thanks NFCPhoneman. Upon visiting the site this morning, I did that, and it worked. Just like SBX/MBX. I had been told it didn't work like that. Sorry to waste the forum's time before trying it myself ...
