Have any of you allready came accross new IP phone 5345 which combines wired and WiFi functionality? It really is a fine piece of equipment Bluetooth and NFC conectivity is good, as well nice display. I have a problem with modifying (importing) contacts from PC. Samsung said this is possible only with SCM, not OfficeServ. Does anyone have any solution?

We put out quite a few but we still don't have power supplies or cameras. There are quite a few limitations with officeserv on it but i guess they are working on it.

Forgive me for being unfamiliar with the acronyms, but what exactly is the SCM and when would I configure the 5343 to use it instead of Officeserv? I too find the 10 button limit on the new 5343 frustrating. What is the normal workaround?
