We're based in east coast North Carolina and running a 7400, we need someone for support and have not been able to find anyone locally that has done anything more than 'had some experience' with Samsung based systems.
Would appreciate contact either for support, or to help me find someone that can provide it.

Hi, I did not read your complete post about 7400.
Although we are in your area, we will not work on the 7400. Too many problems. I dont know anypne else who does. Call the installer who put it in.
