we have a site we took over from another vendor and the admin mailbox password is not default
We have tried xxxx, yyyy, zzzz with no luck. they want to setup a new AA. does anyone know of anyway to get this changed?

First, you are not to give out passwords on this website. After that do you know how old this system is because the early versions had different passwords? Since you can't logs into the system without the password using Express Manager you may not know this.
