Is there away to I.D. button mapping on a Toshiba Model # DKT 3220 SD phone, just took over phone system. Customer has programming some park buttons on phone stations and want to see if more can be programmed.Thank You for your Time.

You can dial #9876 followed by hold (red key) then press each button and check what it says on the screen. Once you're done go offhook then onhook

It really depends on what is programmed under each button. It might benefit you to research the feature and how it can be utilized there are a couple different ways. Its easier to figure out what is wanted/needed if you know what you have already setup.

The #9876 worked great on the phone but didn't work on the DSS module tie into that phone station would not ID programming on DSS buttons, is there a another way of ID DSS buttons?

Network EManager and connect to the system you could see all the programming for all the phones.
