I am also having the same issue of working with Inter-Tel UM Version 2.221 and Outlook 2007. Could you please send me the Fix as well!

All my users are on SP3 yet half of them work with SP3 and half of them don't. I've rebooted all machines and yet it still works on some. I find it odd and I hope I can find what is making the users on SP3 work. We're using Office 2003 SP3.

The fix seems to work for only Outlook 2007 not for Outlook 2003 SP3. It's only an update to one of the INF files.
