I hve added some SLTs to a warehouse for one of my customers running a UX5000. Customer wants these phones restricted to intercom and 911 calling only.

I know I can set up a toll restriction table that will do this on these phones, but I was wondering if anyone knew of a simpler quicker way - maybe I'm overlooking something....

There is a Toll class, I believe 6, that has common permit table with 911 and toll free numbers, you could delete the toll free numbers and just leave 911 in there and assign your SLTs to that Toll class.
