Seems to be a power supply failure, as nothing happens when power applied.
Is there anything special about these Power Supplies? Or are they a 'standard' PC PS?
I've replaced the system (only 3 phones & an SLT adaptor on it) with an CICS.

BCM's use standard ATX power supplies, 400 watts or grater, but you have (IIRC) at least 3 molex connectors.
I get my PS from MCM electronics about 4 at a time.

Ive changed several of these lately, bought them off the shelf at Best Buy for around $38.Seems like they have a high failure rate but a lot of times I think its due to dust bunnies in the fans.

I suspect your correct. This system was in a tyre (tire) workshop & pretty dirty.
Thanks to various replies, I'll try another power supply.
