Hello,
i am using NEC Aspire m system. i have newly added a SLIU card and connected Polycom conference device to it. i am able to receive incoming calls but unable to dial intercom or outside calls, i am not getting dial tone also. Please guide me where i am wrong in this.

Sounds like a DTMF and dial tone circuit issue.

Connect a butt set or single line telephone and see what it does in that polycom port. That will narrow it down to the system vs the polycom.
