Hi all,

I'm an IT consultant with an NEC SL1100 system that my company acquired through a company that was in liquidation. We have been able to connect to the system via the web service but do not have the Password for access. The default:

DEFAULT is not working.

Is there a recovery method that we can use. I see a serial port on the unit. If not would a reset destroy any licensing? Any advice would be appreciated.

EDIT: Default PASSWORD removed

Admin please strip out the pass code from the question of futurusx.

If you are not SL certified you will need to call in one, they in turn will contact NEC tech support and begin the process of password change
