Hello
any one can get the missed calls in sv8500 pbx when using DT300 Dterms WITH 6 Buttons....of course in DT300 with 12,24 buttons missed calls can be findout.
we tried the sets "DT300 with 6 Buttons" in sv8300 and we get the missed calls...!
Can any one help?

Hi!

According to my knowledge the DT300 with 6 buttons (DT310) does not support "Call History". Neither the terminal call history nor the feature call history.
You can find an overview of phones which supports the feature in the "Data Programming Manual - Business" at the feature C-195 Call History.
