Good Afternoon: I've been a fan of this bulletin-board for years but never posted/answered anything. My problem is I need to work on a 5000-system that has a 2.1.1.26 DataBase, but I have nothing that can program it. I've looked all over and through dozens of CDs/downloads and I have nothing that can program this version. Odd, but the 'all-in'one it5k' doesn't have one either. Could anyone help me identify how to acquire the DB programming (5000) software for this version? My guess is that it's going to maybe be 2.1.1.22 as there is a 'Manager-plugin' for that version (but I don't really know). Please PM me if you have a solution. My thanks in advance, , ,

This software is available via Mitel Online. If you have a login you should be able to access it there in the software archives.
