I have an HX with attendant console. The HX is at 5.1. I can't transfer directly to a user's mailbox - I want to.
I played with it for a little while but, it's difficult with calls coming in - dancing with the receptionist.
The options for transfer to voicemail are grayed out on the toolbar across the top.
One of the guys I work with said he thinks I need to define the extension number of the voicemail but, I couldn't find where to define it in the console.
I figure it's something simple...

Go in to the console options menu. Under the Program tab there should be checkbox for 'Get Mailbox Info From System'. Uncheck that, save and refresh.
