I don’t’ see any system option or COS option. I thought about using a associated directory # but that doesn’t work as well.
I know this works on a 200.

there is no option like there is with the 200, this has been a sore point with the 3300. There are workarounds but they can come back and bit you later. Mitel put out a bulletin on a workaround but it affected smdr

Mike Sandman makes a "super tiny dialer" which is programmable depending on your needs.

thanks guys. Yes I found a bulletin on this. It will work going through ARS. will work on a T1 or copper but not ISDN
