Added new ESI card programmed 7-1 slot 5 port 21-28 programmed 4-10 added ext numbers 216-224.Have total of 3 esi cards,1 co card 1-vm.can't get phone working ,when I plug in phone DTh see initial in display after that nothing in display hear to on buttons but nothing in diplay an cant intercom thos phones.

What type of ESI cards are the original ones and what type is the new one. The newer cards are not compatible with the older system software. Some have a jumper on them that may need to be moved. Try swapping the cards. Also verify that you are not using up all of the hardware allowed ports. Perform FNC + 3 to read the CPU software and ports size. Remember, virtuals (CAR keys) use up ports.

You have to assign extension numbers to those ports, 4-10
