How do I change a prompt to dial a different number? For example when people call our middle school there are 4 prompts, #3 is not working right all the other prompts work and are pointed to a valid extension, but the third is pointed to a trunk number, i want to change it to point to a valid extension any help would be appreciated. Using an officeserv 7400
Thanks

You need to log onto the Voicecard and go to the "Menu" and "Menu Input Processor" and you can select the destination for #3. If its the old SVMi20E card you can telnet onto it or the SVMi20i card you need the DM tool to log onto it

That did the trick thank you. I don't know what changed in the system to make the current number not work correctly, but i was able to edit it and put in an office extension that worked.
