Is it possible for a voice announce call to override a zone page? The system in question is at a school. During morning announcements one of the office staff tried to call a room but was unable to get through. The phones are all set for voice announce not tone announce.
I'm thinking the page will always take precedence. Is that correct?
Thanks!

I don't think they have VAB turned on. This is only an issue if the set being called is already in a page.
