I have a client with Allworx 24x, rel 7.4.19.2. User states "while listing to a voicemail message, when a new message arrives they will be disconnected from the message center and have to dial back in to continue to listen to the message, however the new message that just arrived will not be available to be listened to. at least not until the next time the message light is illuminated. The real issue is why does the user get disconnected from the message center upon arrival of a new message. Has anyone heard of this problem?
