I have 5 phones out of 42, DT730's that the Call Indicator Lamp is flashing green and one of the buttons that is associated with the office manager's extension is flashing constantly. I thought it was a camp on issue but picking up the handset and dialing 770 and hanging up didn't stop the green light or the extension button from flashing. Also, if it makes any difference, these phones that are experiencing this issue, have no voice mail box. The system is a SV8100. Does anyone have any ideas on what could cause this or the fix?

Thanks

Is it message waiting? press Exit button then press MW from menu on screen and cancel see if that works. Happens all the time and get lots of customers asking how to stop the flashing green light..

Thanks Dreamkiller,

It wasn't message waiting. When pressing the exit button MW wasn't an option. I also tried picking up the handset and dialing 773 just to be sure.

These extensions in question don't have voicemail boxes associated with them.

I am uploading a pic of what the screen looks like.

Being green sounds like MWI. Go to the phone and dial service code 773 or what is in PRG 11.11.10 and see it that clears it..

Your phone is forwarded. That will show status on other phones with a DSS key.

Thanks Paulw, I tried 773, 771 and 770 with no luck. Which entry am I looking for in 11-11-10? this is what I have in that section now.

Hi Coral Tech,

All of my phones say FWD B/NA since updating the software from version 5 to 9.5 a few months ago.

20-11-30 should take care of the fwd message in the screen.
It gets turned on by default upgrading to 9.5
