I need a way to have a user make a custom recording. (We have a Mitel MiVoice Office 250)

Basically we need the golf shop to record the course conditions daily. When people call in to the golf shop menu, they have the option to hear the course conditions. I set this up as a simple call routing announcement.

The problem is that I need a way for them to change this daily. It needs to be idiot proof, and I really don't want them having the possibility of changing anything else accidentally.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Route the calls to a disassociated mailbox that is flagged for play only. The message is played and the call dropped.
