I have a newer customer with a KXTDA100 attached to a TVA50 voice mail. They called me yesterday, saying that their message keys no longer work. After some dragged out questions, they say that when they hit the Message key at the bottom of the phone, if they don't have new messages and the light is out, they get a busy signal. If they hit it with messages, it goes to the log in for the voice mail.
I said "that's what it's supposed to do", but they swear up and down that they could just hit the message key at any time to log into their mail box, even when the light is out and no new messages.
Am I missing something or are they just high?

I'd vote "high". Write 500 on a label. How difficult is that?
