Hey Guys, Thanks for the guidance thus far on the Summit.
I cut Comcast PRI today leveraging (PGM-231) Flexible DID conversion. Worked like a charm once you understand the last three digits and how to map to the extensions. (5-minute turn up and test)
So my next learning assignment is that I would like to program the main DID x-660 that current maps to extension 100 to go to what I believe is a delayed ring station group. (Appears Hunt group terminology from SBX is now Station group on Summit.
2-Part question – 1st is I would like during the normal business week schedule to have DID x-660 ring station 100 4 rings/timer. After that I would like it to ring a station group of 3 members including extension 100. If no one picks up I would like to create a general mailbox that is visible at station 100.
2nd part. After normal business hours I would like DID X-660 to ring an auto attendant. The auto attendant would hear announcement 001 and then would go to a CCR table to take the appropriate action. Knowing that I used PGM-231 what is the best approach in both day and night scenarios? Also where is the proper table to create the business schedule of Mon-Fri 7:30- 4 in this case?
Thanks again Jon

What you are asking for is somewhat extensive, but I can point you in the right direction.
DAY Did ringing to a station (any station)...pgm 120: set station for preset forwarding ext no answer to group say 401, but make the group first in pgm 190, save the type of group like ring all first, then add the members, then set the group attributes in pgm 191, group can be overflowed to vm station group 440 then you enter message waiting box number and password.
Night- Set did night ring assignment to an announcement/ccr, but remember that the announcement number and the ccr number are always the same. Set auto ring table to 1, all this using pgm 231. Then set auto ring times in table 1 pgm 223.
Don't forget to set CCR key actions pgm 228.
Should not be too difficult.

Hi Derrick, I got the most part of it but the auto-ring part. We want to automate the incoming calls which I'm assuming this is under auto-ring?...we want to automate incoming calls to... Day: ring reception 101 only then to VSF01 after 3 rings Night: incoming calls routes to VSF02 (night message)
Also, I'm wondering how to use Pgm 444 (Zone Holiday Assignment).
Need help. Thanks again.

Use auto ring table 0 not 1 because: Icm tenancy groups 0-15 match the auto ring tables 0-15 icm tenancy group O table is the SYSTEM wide default or unassigned group, all stations, dids and cos are in group 00 by default so auto ring table 0 controls that group. Auto ring table 1 controls ICM group 1 etc.
How 444 affects all of this, I am still working on that one because there are thirty two tables.

Changing the Auto ring table to 0 did the trick. Sorry for the delayed response here. Thanks again Derrick for the great help. Much appreciated! Sonny
