Installing a new Summit with a STS Doorbox Part number 3560-08
Got the tech tips from Vertical with regard to programming and setup which was nice
The issue however is when I went to wire the actual doorbox it did not come with any wiring instructions.
The 2-wires to the digital station was obviously easy, but there are 2 more connections that are labelled line. Any idea how that is supposed to be wired or connected?
I was guessing that maybe it used a hybrid port and leveraged the power of the analog port in combination with the digital station.
Could not find anything in the installation and maintenance manual.
thanks again

Disregard.... figured it out Come to find out the digital station port wires to the "line" terminals on the STS Door box
Moved from the Ext. terminals to the "line" terminals of door box and 2-way communications works fine to the station group.
The cheat sheet that Vertical had with regard to programming clued me.
Only 2 wires to line
